The cottage is a 10-minute walk from the gondola and a 30 minute walk from Zeleni Rob (Green Slope), which includes both a restaurant and a snack stand.

Walking through nature, spectacular views of the Kamnik-Savinj Alps, herdsmen’s huts and delicious local specialties. Starting in early June, herdsmen lead their cows to this mountain pasture. This means that summer allows visitors a chance for an unforgettable experience.

The gondola and chairlift begin operating, but if you’d like a longer hike, there are many paths up from the valley below to traverse on foot. Our agency offers organized trips such as A Little Snack with a Herdsman and Up the Mountain for a Snack.
